We provide you with a time schedule when the house is ordered, and we provide
regular progress updates to you—all to ensure a quality job and to make
the process of building Your Dream Home easy and enjoyable every step of the way.
Services we provide for each customer include:
client consultations to choose the home design, features, etc.
ordering the home just the way you want it
coordination of all subcontractors
excavation of the foundation
setting the foundation to include a full basement
connecting to all utilities on the property (plumbing/water, electric, and gas)
installing a heating/air conditioning system
finishing the home to move-in condition
backfill and rough grade, removing all construction debris, leaving the premises broom-clean and ready for you to move in
The following fees or services are not
included in YDH’s turn-key service package, but they can be
added in to your final price at your request:
site preparation (removal of trees, old structures, etc.)
utility coordination and service fees (our fee includes connection to a service you have coordinated (BGE), up to 50-feet)
permits (building or demolition)
homeowners insurance policy, naming YDH as an “additional insured,” as well as other subcontractors
appliances
engineering fees (including site house stake-out, site plan, wall check, and final house location)
well and septic systems
Please know that we are happy to assist you with any of these additional services. We
know the “system” in the Baltimore-area counties, and
can often help expedite the process.
